White Castle adds two chicken items to menu

COLUMBUS, Ohio –The White Castle fast-food chain announced the addition of Chicken Rings to its menus. The limited-time offering are available with Original, Buffalo or Ranch seasoning with a choice of dipping sauce. The company is also offering a limited time only Bacon Cheddar Chicken Breast Sandwich with Barbecue Sauce.
"White Castle introduced the hamburger to America 90 years ago and we're known for creating.... the Original Slider," said Lisa Ingram, chief operating officer and fourth-generation member of the Ingram family who own White Castle. "Chicken Rings were added to the menu in 2002."
Both specials are available at all White Castle restaurants and through the company's new online ordering system. White Castle owns and operates more than 400 restaurants in 11 states.
