James Beard House puts CAB on the menu

WOOSTER, Ohio – The renowned James Beard House in New York City has named Certified Angus Beef (CAB) brand its official beef purveyor. In this new role, chefs from around the world will have the opportunity to showcase Certified Angus Beef products for their meals at the James Beard House.

“The brand has a strong relationship with the James Beard Foundation and we value its platform and core values that serve the greater good of the culinary community,” said John Stika, CAB brand president. “We are honored to provide the opportunity for chefs to experience the quality of our superior product, create innovative dishes and truly taste the Certified Angus Beef brand difference.”

“On behalf of the James Beard Foundation and our members, I am delighted to further our relationship with the Certified Angus Beef brand,” said Mitchell Davis, vice president of the foundation. “We look forward to many incredible beef dishes that will, no doubt, be prepared by up-and-coming chefs and culinary icons invited to cook at the Beard House in the coming months.”
