Superior Farms launches grilling meats

DAVIS, Calif. – Three new value-added products are being added to Superior Farms’ Mediterranean Grill line: Fully cooked gyro meat slices, ready-to-cook Italian-style lamb and pork sausages and lamb and beef tips in a Mediterranean-style marinade.
“We’re showing the consumer that lamb is easy and affordable to cook on the grill,” said Gary Pfeiffer, vice president of sales and marketing.
“Mediterranean cuisine is certainly a natural fit for us,” Pfeiffer said.
