Sosland's Food Business News to host free Webinar

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Dave Siegel, president and general manager of Tink Thank Innovation, will take center stage in a Webinar designed to dispel common myths associated with the development of new food products on May 17 at 2 p.m. EST. Hosted by Food Business News, a sister publication of Meat&Poultry, the free, 60-minute Webinar, titled “Myths of Innovation and HFCS” will help product developers and marketers innovate more effectively by examining common new-product myths in general before delving into consumer misperceptions related to ingredients, such as high-fructose corn syrup, and how those attitudes influence purchasing behaviors among consumers.

Siegel has worked as a marketing and innovation professional for more than 35 years, specializing in a variety of consumer goods as well as food and beverage products. He has conducted business for a worldwide customer base and is the author of three marketing books, including “Innovation – Myths and Mythstakes” (Paramount Publishing, US & MacMillan, India & Southeast Asia).
