LOS ANGELES – McDonald's restaurants in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura counties have launched two new McChicken sandwiches – the Jalapeño Cheddar McChicken and the Cheddar Onion McChicken. Both are available at a suggested retail price of $1.49 each.

The Jalapeño Cheddar McChicken includes jalapeño peppers and white cheddar cheese. The Cheddar Onion McChicken features onions and white cheddar cheese served on a toasted bun.

"The Jalapeño Cheddar and Cheddar Onion McChicken sandwiches are great additions to our Extra Value Menu,” said Neal Ruby, McDonald's owner/operator and president, McDonald's Operators' Association of Southern California (MOASC). MOASC includes approximately 600 franchised and company-owned McDonald's restaurants in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura counties.
