SPRINGDALE, Ark. – Tyson Foods has launched Tyson Deli Community. This virtual community, which is an enhanced feature of TysonDeli.com, is designed to provide deli foodservice professionals an outlet for exchanges pertaining to the deli industry. Debuting in December 2010, TysonDeli.com is an interactive showcase of proprietary Tyson consumer research and observational data, proven merchandising strategies, innovative new products and business building promotional programs designed with deli professionals in mind.
Featured within the Tyson Deli Community are forum topics, profile pages and sharing tools. Users, who are encouraged to register gratis starting today, can use the site as a sounding board for successes, challenges or to connect with industry peers.
The community will be regularly maintained and updated frequently with topics Tyson learns are most relevant to deli professionals. Forum topics will include issues that deli departments face daily, including recruiting, profitability and labor costs. Community users will also have an opportunity to suggest new topics of most interest to their deli’s needs.
