ATLANTA – Church’s Chicken is launching its new Crispy Chicken Taco, targeting the demand for portable, value-priced meals and snack options, the company relays. This new product is a permanent menu item in Church’s stores throughout the country.

“Our new Crispy Chicken Taco was developed to be more relevant and meet the needs of younger and more mobile consumers,” said Tony Lavely, chief marketing officer. “This portable product is the first on our new menu board, but it certainly won’t be the last of its kind.”

The new item is served in a taco shell with Southwestern-style seasoned chicken, lettuce and cheese and are priced at 99 cents each or as part of a combination meal for $3.99.

Church's system consists of more than 1,700 locations worldwide in 22 countries, with system sales approaching $1.2 billion.
