COLLINGSWOOD, NJ – Ray Capozzi has returned to Catelli Brothers as director of retail sales after 18 years of holding the positions of vice president of sales and general manager of Boston Lamb & Veal/ Superior Farms.
Based in Collingswood, NJ, Catelli Brothers is part of the Fontelli Food Group, one of the largest veal and lamb purveyors in the US.
In 1975, Capozzi began his career in the meat industry with Swift & Company. In 1987 he became director of lamb sales at Catelli Brothers, a post he held for five years before joining Boston Lamb & Veal, which later was acquired by Superior Farms.
A leading purveyor of veal and lamb for more than 60 years, Catelli Brothers Inc. serves foodservice organizations and retail chains nationwide.
