Nicky, Silvies Valley partner on grass-fed beef items

PORTLAND, Ore. — Nicky USA will be the exclusive processor and distributor of Silvies Valley Ranch free-range and grass-fed beef to foodservice customers and specialty retailers in the U.S.
Cattle raised for the brand graze on 6,000 acres in the Blue Mountains and have access to more than 100,000 additional acres of open range. The company markets its products as grass-fed and humanely raised with an emphasis on land stewardship.
“As an Oregonian, I was immediately drawn to the Campbell’s passion for the land and their commitment to raising cattle on land as natural as when it was first homesteaded in the 1800s,” said Geoff Latham, president and founder of Nicky USA.
