Fuddruckers launches wild boar burgers

HOUSTON – Fuddruckers began offering one-half lb. burgers made with wild boar Sept. 7 at participating locations.

They’re one of the chain’s four new line of exotic burgers, including buffalo, elk, wild boar and ostrich – all part of Fuddruckers new category of all-natural burgers that are billed as 100% antibiotic and hormone-free.

In May, Fuddruckers introduced Fudds Exotics with buffalo burgers, which has become one of the restaurant’s best-selling new burgers. Ostrich burgers will be served in participating restaurants beginning this November. “Fudds Exotics” offerings will vary regionally depending on local taste preferences.
