Bunge Limited c.f.o. resigns

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – Jacqualyn Fouse, chief financial officer for Bunge Limited, will be leaving the company effective Sept. 24 to become c.f.o. of Celgene Corporation, a global biopharmaceutical company. While the search for her replacement is underway, Andrew Burke, Global Operational Excellence Officer, will serve as interim c.f.o.
"Jackie has made many contributions to Bunge during her tenure,” said Alberto Weisser, chairman and chief executive officer. “She spearheaded initiatives to increase efficiency and provided valuable leadership during a particularly volatile time in our markets and the global economy. I would like to express our appreciation and wish her success in her future endeavors. “
