Bacon processor eyes former Tyson plant

NORFOLK, Neb. – Business leaders within the Chamber of Commerce in Norfolk, Neb., are negotiating with a food processor that specializes in smoked bacon interested in potentially reopening the former Tyson Foods plant in Norfolk, according to KMEG 14.

The bacon processor is working on financing the move. Should the deal move forward, it would result in added revenue and hundreds of potential job for the area.
