DAKOTA DUNES, S.D. – Tyson Fresh Meats, the beef and pork business of Tyson Foods Inc., is sponsoring a sweepstakes offering consumers a chance to win what’s being billed as a “Real. American. Adventure.” The promotion offers consumers a chance to win a trip to a top U.S. landmark destination.
The promotion launches on May 1 in approximately 500 supermarkets. The sweepstakes prize winner will receive a trip for four to one of the following American landmarks of their choice: Mt. Rushmore, the Smithsonian museums in Washington, D.C., the Grand Canyon or Yellowstone National Park. To enter the sweepstakes, consumers can pick up an entry-form postcard in stores carrying Star Ranch Angus beef.
“We are thrilled to offer Star Ranch Angus beef consumers a chance to travel to one of the great historic American destinations,” said Rick Janke, brand manager for Tyson Fresh Meats Inc. “Star Ranch Angus beef is produced only in the U.S.”
Retailers will be promoting the Real. American. Adventure. sweepstakes with posters, table tents, ad circulars and radio spots. Announcements will also be made on the Star Ranch Angus beef web site www.StarRanchAngus.com.
