Culver's adds barbecue burger to menu

PRAIRIE DU SAC, WIS. - Culver's is rolling out its BBQ Cheddar ButterBurger as part of a promotion recognizing the month of May as National Hamburger Month. Culver's latest burger offering is made using “100% U.S. beef,” with toppings that include barbecue sauce and cheddar chees.
"The ButterBurger is Culver's signature sandwich and the cornerstone of our menu," said Jim Doak, Culver's director of research and menu development, and executive chef. "What a better way to help our guests celebrate National Hamburger Month than with a new ButterBurger."
Culver's restaurants serve more than one million burgers a week.
