Keystone selling Alabama poultry plant

ATLANTA, GA. –Keystone Food Corporation is selling a one-story, 78,213 sq. ft., freezer/cooler building on 27 acres located at 507 Industrial Parkway in Gadsden, Ala., and has named Binswanger exclusive agent.
This U.S.D.A.-approved food processing facility was previously used for cooking and processing poultry for the restaurant industry. It is equipped with a sub-zero freezer and several cooler areas, three steam process boilers, a compressed air system, a waste water pretreatment system, and an industrial hot water wash system.
The property is located one-half mile to U.S. 431 and five miles to I-59 providing good access to the Birmingham and Chattanooga airports and metropolitan areas.
Philadelphia-based Binswanger is currently marketing the property to food manufacturers and distributors. Binswanger is an international full-service real estate organization with offices worldwide.
