Cozzini Inc. acquires G.W. Steffens

CHICAGO – Cozzini Inc.’s PRIMEdge Division has acquired G.W. Steffens of Remscheid, Germany. Established in 1882, G.W. Steffens is a long-standing, leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality bowl-chopper knives, slicer blades and skinner blades for the global meat and food industries.
