LAS VEGAS — Las Vegas’ T-Bones Chophouse & Lounge in the Red Rock Resort & Spa recently introduced Montana Ranch Brand’s Certified Piedmontese Beef.

Certified Piedmontese Beef comes from vegetarian-fed cattle raised without antibiotics or hormones, which produces beef with less fat and cholesterol than many other breeds, according to a news release. Montana Ranch Brand Certified Piedmontese Beef products are made from the Piedmontese breed of cattle, which originated in the foothills of Italy.

This beef has been a traditional favorite in Italy for many generations, according to the company. It is marketed as being more tender and flavorful than traditional beef.
