Cozzini's Tom Spino passes away

CHICAGO – Tom Spino, 50, global vice president for the PRIMEdge division of Cozzini Inc., died suddenly on Thursday, Feb. 11, from a massive heart attack. Mr. Spino began his 21-year career at Cozzini as a machinist.

“Our business and personal relationships with Tom over the past 21 years have been a source of enrichment and enjoyment to everyone at Cozzini,” said Ivo Cozzini, president and chief executive officer. “He was a person who led by example.”

Mr. Spino could be trusted without limit and he supported whatever it took to ensure the well being of Cozzini PRIMEdge, Mr. Cozzini added.

“Everyone in the Cozzini world held Tom in highest regard, including customers and suppliers. He was the genuine and personal friend of so many. Tom, a truly beautiful person, will certainly be missed. But I assure you, he will never be forgotten,” Mr. Cozzini concluded.
