Tyson launches Charbroil Beef Patties

SPRINGDALE, Ark. — Tyson Charbroil Beef Patties, which are fully cooked, 1-oz. charbroiled beef patties, address the growing trend of mini-sandwiches.
Such fare has increased on menus 183% during the past year, according to Mintel Menu Insights. Mini-burgers were also the number-one appetizer/starter in the National Restaurant Association’s Chef’s Survey: What’s Hot in 2009 survey.
Consumers today are also looking to share menu items. Products such as "Bistro Charbroiled Sliders & Fries" create a social and shareable environment. Tyson Beef Patties have been proven to be highly versatile menu favorites optimized to deliver higher perceived value and lower food cost, according to the company.
