Co-founder of Boston Market dies

BOSTON — Arthur Cores, co-founder of a small Boston-area chicken restaurant that eventually became the Boston Market chain, has died from complications of esophageal cancer at the age of 52.

Mr. Cores partnered with friend Steven Kolow years ago and they co-founded the restaurant in 1985.
