Nourish Bowls Bacon Maple Brussels

Salinas, California-based Mann Packing recently added bacon to the company’s Nourish Bowls line of veggie-based meal kits — Bacon Maple Brussels, which launched in the United States, and Bacon Maple Delight, which launched in Canada.

The single-serve bowls, which are served warm, feature Brussels sprouts, kale, kohlrabi, bacon and a sweet maple glaze. The new bowl joins Monterey Risotto, Sesame Sriracha, Southwest Chipotle and Cauli-Rice Curry.

“Nourish Bowls are perfect for consumers looking for quick, convenient, and healthy meal solutions; they can be used on-the-go or to supplement meals without sacrificing flavor or freshness,” said Gina Nucci, director of corporate marketing for Mann Packing. “The usage ideas for Nourish Bowls are endless. Our first bowl featuring real bacon pairs perfectly with Brussels sprouts and is sure to be a consumer favorite.”

Mann’s Nourish Bowls launched a year ago, and currently can be found in more than 28,000 points of distribution across North America, according to the company. Mann Packing is a supplier of premium fresh vegetables and the one of the largest suppliers of Broccolini and sugar snap peas.
