Faris Gourmet Popcorn scored a major win with the company’s bacon-flavored popcorn. The company makes bacon kettle corn with bacon bits, cheesy bacon popcorn with yellow cheddar and bacon bits and cheesy bacon-coated kettle corn with bacon bits.

Speaking to the Stevens Point Journal, Jeff Faris, president and ‘chief popping officer,’ said it didn’t take much to get him to formulate a bacon kettle corn recipe to sell at the historic Lambeau Field, home to the National Football League’s Green Bay Packers. Delaware North Sportservice, which manages food and beverage at the stadium, asked if Faris could make bacon-flavored popcorn. Faris said yes. Boom.

Faris also noted to the Stevens Point Journal, that he wanted his son-in-law, who is Jewish and doesn’t eat pork, to enjoy the popcorn, too. Still, the bacon popcorn has proved to be a hit with Packers’ fans.

For consumers who can’t make it to Wisconsin, Faris Gourmet Popcorn, like most things nowadays, is available online at www.FarisPopcorn.com.
