Is daily bacon consumption the key to a long life? Susannah Mushatt Jones, 116, would tell you that it is.

Jones, named the world’s oldest woman by “Guinness World Records,” eats bacon, eggs and grits every day. A sign hanging in her kitchen states, “Bacon makes everything better.”

Jones says she has lived a long time by getting plenty of sleep. But eating plenty of bacon surely hasn’t hurt.
