With one-third of the length of the original MeatMaster, this instrument fits in any production line. With this advanced technology, producers have reduced lean meat giveaway by up to 3% and consistently gotten a maximum deviation of 0.5% from their batch target. Capacity: scans 100% of raw material, scans up to 38 tons per hour, measures fat content, determines weight, scans for foreign objects such as bone and metal.
